The document can be located in the Admin section as follows:
1) Log into your Admin area -- Go to the Client Admin tab
2) Locate the client's record (do a search via 1st letter of last name; email address; or name)
3) Select the View Files link to the right of the client's record.
4) When the screen opens, the file should be listed with applicable details (i.e., uploaded by the client, date, etc). Click on the link to open/view/save the doc.
